1. Purpose
These terms govern access to the bugfatal.com website and the use of the applications presented on it. Browsing the site means accepting them.
2. Nature of the service
bugfatal.com is a personal publishing website. It carries technical articles, opinions and documentation for the publisher's applications.
It is no longer a shop. The software sales activity formerly carried out under this name has ceased; no order, payment or subscription can be made on this site. Enquiries about past orders are still handled at the contact address below.
3. Applications
Applications published under the BugFatal name are made available free of charge, without advertising and without in-app purchases, through the relevant application stores (notably Google Play) or by direct download.
Their use is also governed by the terms of the store you obtained them from.
Each application is provided "as is". The publisher works to fix reported defects but does not warrant that it is free of errors, continuously available, or fit for any particular purpose. Statutory warranties available to consumers, in particular the conformity warranty under French consumer law, remain unaffected.
4. Site content
Articles reflect the author's opinion at the date of publication. They are neither professional advice, nor a service, nor a contractual commitment. A technical post can age: check the date before following a procedure.
5. Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited: attempting unauthorised access to the infrastructure, mass automated extraction of content to the point of degrading the service, and reuse of the texts in breach of the legal notice.
6. Availability
The site is hosted on personal infrastructure. It may be interrupted at any time, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation.
7. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by writing to contact@bugfatal.com. Failing agreement, the dispute will fall to the competent French courts.
Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform.
9. Changes
These terms may be amended. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your visit; its update date appears at the top of the document.
