Why there is no cookie banner
Consent is only required for trackers that are not strictly necessary to the service you asked for: non-exempt analytics, advertising, social networks, data sharing with third parties.
This site sets none of those. There is therefore nothing to ask you, and you will never see a consent dialog here.

Both cookies are first-party, set by bugfatal.com alone, and strictly necessary for the site to work. They contain no advertising identifier, cannot recognise you from one visit to the next, and are shared with no one. They fall under the consent exemption of article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.
Local storage
If you use the light/dark theme button in the header, your choice is saved in
your browser's local storage under the key bf-theme. This never leaves
your device and is read only by your browser, so the page does not load in the
wrong colour next time.
How to remove them
Every browser lets you inspect and clear a site's cookies and local storage, usually from the icon shown to the left of the address bar. Clearing them has no consequence: at most you lose your theme preference.
What about the apps?
BugFatal applications are not websites and set no cookies. How they work is described in their own privacy policy, reachable from the Apps page.
