What this website knows about you — which is close to nothing.

This document covers the processing of personal data on the bugfatal.com website. Every application published under the BugFatal name has its own, more specific policy, reachable from the Apps page.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Julien Quillien, independent developer and publisher of bugfatal.com.

2. The principle: this site does not track you
bugfatal.com is a content website. It has no user account, no form, no cart and no comment section. You can read all of it without ever typing anything.
As a result:
- no analytics tool is installed (no Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible or equivalent);
- no ad network, no tracking pixel, no social media share button loaded from a third party;
- no font, image or script is loaded from a third-party server: everything your browser downloads comes from bugfatal.com;
- no profiling, no automated decision-making, no sale of data.
3. Data actually processed

That is all. There is no user database behind this site: there is nothing about you to access, export or erase, because nothing is collected.
4. Hosting and location
The site runs on a virtual private server rented by the publisher from OVH SAS, located in France. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
5. Processors and recipients
No third-party recipient receives data from this site.
Two providers are involved in the infrastructure, without access to your browsing:
- OVH SAS (France) — server provider;
- Cloudflare, Inc. — domain name service (DNS) only. Site traffic does not pass through Cloudflare: its servers resolve the bugfatal.com name, then your browser connects directly to the French server.
6. Your rights
The GDPR grants you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may exercise them at any time by writing to contact@bugfatal.com.
In practice, apart from correspondence you may have sent me, I hold no data about you: an access request will therefore usually be answered in the negative — which is the good news.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — cnil.fr), or with the authority of your own country of residence.
